Cancellation Timeframes More than 48 hours before the event: You may cancel your reading with a full refund. Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event unless exceptional circumstances apply (see section 5). 3. No-Shows If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. 4. How to Cancel To cancel, please contact us via email or phone, providing your booking reference and event details. 5. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, please notify us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer to reschedule or provide a refund. 6.
