Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a single coaching or therapy session and the associated refunds, in line with UK consumer law. 2. Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of confirmation. If the session is scheduled within this period and has been delivered, you forfeit the right to cancel once the session is completed. 3. Cancellation Timeframes More than 48 hours before the session: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund, provided it’s within the 14-day cooling-off period. Less than 48 hours before the session: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply. 4. How to Cancel To cancel, please notify us via email or the online through our contact form, including your session details. 5. Rescheduling You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the session, the session will be considered cancelled and non-refundable. 6. Exceptional Circumstances If you need to cancel due to unforeseen events or medical reasons, contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, reschedule or refund based on the situation. 7.
